Sports enthusiasts in for a treat via RTM’s Sports Plus
KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 1 -- Sports enthusiasts in the country can now tune in to Radio Televisyen Malaysia’s (RTM) ‘Sports Plus’ talk show programme to obtain the latest and interesting development of local and international sports events.
In a statement today, RTM said the programme, which adopted a casual concept in providing comprehensive reports on sports events, has been broadcast live at 9 pm every Tuesday since October through RTM Sports channel (Myfreeview 111) and TV Okey (Astro 146 / Myfreeview 110).
Hosted by Nana Al-Haleq and A’izuddin Nizam Shah on a rotational basis, Sports Plus is an exclusive platform for athletes and sports organisations to deliver the latest and accurate information to viewers and sports fans in the country.
“The programme has several segments, namely ‘Santai Sukan’ which shares various perspectives and views on selected topics discussed with two guests, either in the studio or via virtual interviews.
“Also, the ‘Segalanya Sukan’ segment which features top five athletes with the most number of gold medals in Olympics history,” the statement read.
Another segment is ‘Sana Sini Sukan’, which is a summary of sports events throughout the week.
Those who missed the live programme can watch it online via rtmklik.rtm.gov.my or RTM mobile application which is available on Google Play or App Store.
